What you’ll do
-
- Provide superior customer support to all Quartzy users via live chat, email, and phone
- Communicate with vendors on a daily basis to get necessary information about orders to our customers in a timely manner
- Assist users in troubleshooting use of the Quartzy web app
- Identify and escalate issues to team leads
What we’re looking for

- 1-2 years’ experience in high-touch customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Fantastic written and verbal communication ability
