Customer Support Specialist


Job Description

What you’ll do

    • Provide superior customer support to all Quartzy users via live chat, email, and phone
    • Communicate with vendors on a daily basis to get necessary information about orders to our customers in a timely manner
    • Assist users in troubleshooting use of the Quartzy web app
    • Identify and escalate issues to team leads

What we’re looking for

    • 1-2 years’ experience in high-touch customer service
    • Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
    • Fantastic written and verbal communication ability
