Wisepops’ mission is to help brands connect with their audience better. We’re building tools that serve a more vibrant, engaging and personalized commerce experience for everyone. We have two products, Wisepops and Wisp.
Our first product, Wisepops, helps marketers design and publish beautiful and contextual popups and bars. WisePops is used by 1,300+ organizations around the world, including Unilever, Greenpeace, Virgin, and Postmates.
WisePops was founded in 2013 by Ben. We bootstrapped the company from $0 to $1M annual revenue in five years and doubled two years later.
We are a team of 10 who joined from Amazon, Shopify, and Revolut and we were fully remote before it was cool.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of our rich campaign and popup builder (React + Typescript) Challenge technical specifications for all the front-end projects Help define WisePops’ product roadmap Identify and follow coding best practices (code tests, Cypress, reviews, CI) Manage the technical debt (Maintain versions of React, Styled-Components; Support the legacy code) You’ll be working with a small remote team of top talents with experience at Amazon, Revolut, TicketSwap and Rakuten.
Expectations
- 2 years of experience with React or Vue
- Experience with one CSS preprocessor (styled-component, sass) and a complex form library (redux-form, formik, final-form) are a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of webpack builder or equivalent
- Proven track record as a tech lead
- Full-stack skills are a plus (If PHP and Node.js are your things, we may engage you in projects involving these technologies)
- Fluent in English
- Based in Europe
