Senior UI / UX mobile and Web Application Creative Designer

We are a growing agency that offers web & mobile application development & design.
We are looking for a UI/UX designer, a creative leader, someone who is committed and takes lead and does what it takes to get the job done.
Someone with strong experience in both mobile and web application design, user interface, user experience, and user interactions through visual graphics and designs.
Your role will be mainly to design apps from client’s ideas but you also have to take lead to improve the process and handle tough times with the client. Able to come to the team and recommend process improvements to better manage our work and grow the design department.
Requirements:
Must Have:
- Strong experience in graphic design
- Strong experience in UI/UX web and mobile app design
- Wireframing
- Creative and Design thinking
- Proven design portfolio
- Full understanding of the different design processes
- Have proven experience and process in working directly with clients taking their idea from concept to complete design and requirements
- Excellent English is written and oral communication skills
- Interested in technologies and software development.
Nice to Have
- Some experience with product management is a plus
- Project management experience
- Business analysis
- Experience with sketching
