Description
- Write readable and maintainable code for the image processing pipeline
- Collaborate with scientists to understand their needs, develop prototypes, and transform them into quality code
- Manage the current growing codebase and implement unit tests to ensure the resiliency of the workflows in the face of experiment or infrastructure changes
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience using Python and the Pydata Stack (Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, etc)
- 3-5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience
- Preferred experience within the Biotechnology / Health / Drug Discovery sector
- Experience with image processing highly preferred
