Requirements
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma and 5 years of experience.
- Candidates must be able to multi-task, handle large, diverse workloads,s and work without supervision.
- Strong communication and computer systems skills.
- Experience working in a customer-facing or customer support position.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
