What We’re Looking For

Our Customer Success team is the crucial bridge between our customers and the product organization. This role embodies one of our key values: “customer obsession.” This person has hustle, deep curiosity, and a product mindset. They’re also an operational thinker, always looking for opportunities to use process, automation, and systems to meet the scaling needs of our customers.

The job will focus on full lifecycle success: from kick-off emails to onboarding, support, check-ins, and renewals. We employ a high touch model today and will be designing processes to handle scale as we grow – without compromising on customer experience.

The ideal candidate has experience and interest in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management. They’re just as comfortable interacting directly with customers as advocating for a new feature internally with our product/engineering team. There will be many other hats to wear, and this person is excited to tackle diverse challenges.
