We are seeking a skilled Technical Interviewer to join our recruitment team. As a Technical Interviewer, you will be responsible for assessing the technical skills and abilities of candidates applying for various technical positions within our organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring we hire individuals who meet our technical standards and are a good fit for our company culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Technical Interviews: Perform technical assessments, including coding tests, problem-solving exercises, and theoretical questioning, to evaluate candidates’ expertise in relevant technical areas.

Collaborate with Hiring Teams: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and develop suitable interview questions and assessments.

Technical Skills Assessment: Evaluate candidates' knowledge in specific technical domains such as software development, system architecture, database management, etc.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on candidates' technical abilities to hiring managers and HR teams.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the technology sector to ensure up-to-date assessment methods.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates, representing the company’s values and culture.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software developer, system engineer).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of various programming languages and technical frameworks.

Experience in technical interviewing or recruitment is a plus.
