Senior Bot Developer

As a member of the Avtex Innovative Solutions team, the Senior Bot Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining artificial intelligence and machine learning offerings to elevate customer experiences for our clients. As a technical resource, a person in this role can expect to tackle exciting challenges like leveraging new and emerging technologies to elevate bot capabilities and integrating with complex systems to bring client data into this growing space.
This person will be a subject matter expert on bot platforms, technologies, and design approaches and will champion that expertise as the product team grows its product catalog.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions and products which demonstrate Avtex as a key player in the AI and machine learning space
- Author and maintain technical documents to support products during development and marketing cycles
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to ensure solutions are leveraging technology relevant to the market
- Mentor, educate, and provide oversight for coworkers working with bot and related technologies
- Responsible for driving one or more projects and project teams at a time. This individual may have temporary resources assigned to them for individual projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field
- Strong background in D365 Dataverse and related technologies like Microsoft Azure Bot framework, Customer Insights, AI, Machine Learning, IoT
- 5+ years developing, delivering, and supporting bot framework solutions
- 5+ years of experience developing with .NET languages; C# strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in bot technologies, machine learning, and / or artificial intelligence
- Solid understanding of iterative project delivery methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM
- Detail-oriented, organized, inquisitive personality
- Can-do, independent driver attitude
- Superior verbal, written communication skills
