ABOUT THIS POSITION
Vector is a powerful, next-generation logistics analysis web-based application which provides recommendations for management to address issues which degrade fleet readiness, increased operation/maintenance cost, forecasting supply requirements and management of asset availability. The ideal candidate shall be knowledgeable about the software development life cycle (SDLC) and be able to adhere to coding standards, follow team established software development processes, and use established configuration management tools. The primary responsibilities of the candidate include web development in using multiple technologies, unit testing, and continuous integration with the opportunity to participate in team strategy and improvement. Our diverse team operates in an interactive, collaborative and self-organizing Agile team environment. Looking for candidates with experience with C#, .NET Core Web API, Postman, Single Page Applications (SPA), Node.js, React / Redux, Jest, JavaScript, SQL, Yarn, npm, Electron, Containerization / Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and continuous integration/continuous development with Jenkins or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related technical discipline and 5+ years of software development experience is required.
Clearance Requirement: US Citizen with ability to obtain DOD Secret clearance or higher
Experience / Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Participate in the full software development life cycle utilizing Agile methodologies
Object oriented programming
Experience developing in MVC/MVP
Strong software lifecycle management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Industry certifications are desired (CISSP, Security +, CSM, PMP, etc.)
Experience with Tableau
