Job description
- Develop new user-facing features by understanding business requirements and convert them to a solution
- Code the design together with other developers from the team
- Build reusable and high-quality code and libraries for future use
- Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders and contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Job requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise web development experience
- Prior experience working with Laravel
- Expertise in a modern PHP stack
- Knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and web services
- Strong OOP skills and application architecture experience
- Experience building and interacting with RESTful APIs
- Unit testing fundamentals, with experience of TDD
- Experience working in an agile development process
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
- WordPress knowledge and development experience a plus
